Mobile Brow and Lash provides mobile brow and lash services. Our beauticians will come to your specified location to perform the services.

Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, app, or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

At Mobile Brow and Lash, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our valued clients. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we offer a 24-hour return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Return:

Membership Returns: If canceling an appointment within a 24-hour period, you will be issued a 40% refund of your discounted membership value (e.g., if your discounted membership value is $100 for two services, you will receive $40 back if you are not fully satisfied with your first service). You can schedule your next membership service for up to a month out from your first service to retain your membership prices.

Combination Packages and Individual Service Returns: If canceling an appointment within a 24-hour period, you will be issued a 40% refund of your package or individual service value (e.g., if your service value is $100 for two or fewer services, you will receive $40 back if you are not fully satisfied with your first service).

General Requirements for Return:

Time Frame: Clients must contact us within 24 hours of their appointment to be eligible for a return or adjustment.

Service Issues: If at any point you are unsatisfied with your services provided, you may ask your beautician for a full refund, including your deposit, and discuss how the next service can be improved, or part ways as friends.

Conditions:

The return policy is only applicable to services provided by Mobile Brow and Lash.

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided at the time of service to be eligible for a return or adjustment.

We kindly ask that clients share their preferences during the initial consultation with the beautician, as our policy does not cover changes in personal preference after the service is completed.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the beautician to perform the services. Clients must also follow all aftercare instructions provided by the beautician.

Mobile Brow and Lash is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
